Shipping Policy:

All orders placed before 2 pm central time (Monday thru Friday - North Texas) are shipped out the same day and orders received after 2 pm central time are shipped the next business day (Monday thru Friday). You will receive an email with a tracking number when your shipping label is created at the email address you provide. Orders are shipped thru UPS or USPS (depending on item). Except any orders that have a P.O. box for a shipping address they can only be shipped thru the USPS. We charge a flat rate on shipping (one fee regardless of how many items you order), we charge $8.95 for ground shipping. We are closed on major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). All orders with a product value of less than $45 will be shipped USPS, orders over $45 will be shipped thru UPS. Any items with free shipping are listed in the item description.

All UPS orders are guaranteed to arrive on an exact date, depending on where you are located and shipping method selected. Bad weather or other conditions may delay shipping, UPS will post any delays thru their tracking system at www.ups.com. Holidays and weekends are not counted on the in transit map. UPS next day or second day shipping is available for an additional charge. All UPS orders are insured against damage or loss, customer must contact us with problems within 7 days of expected arrival to report any problems. Photos are required for damaged items (pictures taken with a phone & emailed work well). After photos are received the damaged items will be replaced free of charge (including shipping charge). If your items don't arrive by guaranteed date, UPS will refund the shipping charges & we will credit your form of payment on all second day or next day orders. UPS provides the ability to change the shipping address, hold your package at their local facility or other options thru their on-line tracking system if you will not be home on the day of your delivery (these services may require additional charges).

International Orders:

We ship to all 50 US states and can ship international thru a service called myus.com:  Shop Online and ship worldwide from the USA with MyUS We have partnered with MyUS, the No. 1 international shipping service to bring your favorite brands to you. Return Policy:

Overall we strive to work with customers before and after any purchase, we will answer as many questions as you have. Please ask any questions before purchase to make sure you get the product you are looking for, we answer emails on the weekends and after regular hours until 9 pm central time. We also return all voice mail messages on the next business day if we are closed when you call. We offer free color samples to verify color (email bigworm90@gmail.com to request samples). Samples are actual material used so your stripes/graphics will look identical. Our return policy is different depending on what type of product you have purchased, please read all exceptions below before purchase. All items not mentioned in the exceptions below may not be returned for exchange or refund. All stripe kits may not be returned, these items are made for you after your order goes thru. Any items sent back that not within our guidelines will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back. Orders may be canceled at no charge if they have not left yet.

Exceptions:

Smoked light covers & lens protection may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after being used if visibility is a problem. Items can only be exchanged once. Shipping charges to return item are the customer's responsibility, shipping charges from original order are not refunded. Exchange orders will be charged an additional $8.95 for return shipping. Unopened LED lights or emblems may be returned, items must be in there packages to receive a refund. No refunds or exchanges of any kind after 60 days from purchase date.

How to return an item:

Ship item to the address on your receipt (also below). Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining any problems or what you would like to exchange the item for. Also list a contact phone number, if the number is different from the number provided on the original order. Items requesting a refund will be refunded to the original form of payment the same day or day after they are received. Any items not within the above guidelines will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back. Exchange orders will be charged an additional $8.95 for return shipping.
