Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

A. All orders received before 2 pm (central time) leave the same day. We are located in North Texas, so most parts of the country can be reached in 2 to 3 business days. We are open 9 am to 5 pm (Central time) Monday thru Friday.


Q. DO I GET BOTH SIDES FOR THE PRICE LISTED?

A. Yes, products include contents for one car unless specified.


Q. ARE STRIPE KITS UNIVERSAL?

A. No, our stripe kits are designed to only fit the car listed in the description. Our kits are cut to length and will not require any trimming for installation. A different spoiler, hood or other aftermarket parts can throw off the fit since the part may be smaller or bigger than the part it is replacing. Email us before ordering if your car does not fit what is listed in the description.


Q. WHAT WILL I NEED TO INSTALL MY GRAPHICS?

A. We include a squeegee and instructions with all orders. You will also need a water bottle & micro fiber towel for cleaning. Some products will need masking tape, a measuring tape and a water bottle with a sprayer. None of our vinyl products will require disassembly of your car in any way.


Q. CAN I INSTALL THESE PRODUCTS MYSELF?

A. Depends on which product you are looking at, most of the smaller items can be successfully installed with limited experience. All of our products include instructions for installation. We also install all of our products at out location so we have daily experience with installations. We have several videos that show install technique also.


Q. WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

A. If you have a damaged or defective item, contact us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of it from there!


Q. CAN I WAX VINYL?

A. Depends on what type of product you plan on using. We recommend Meguiar's Ultimate Quik Detailer for cleaning and protection from the elements. Never buff vinyl, it will ruin the UV protection built into the material and the sun will damage the vinyl rather quickly.


Q. WHAT COLORS DO YOU OFFER?

A. Check out the color chart to see all available colors.


Q. If I change my mind on the color of my stripes, what can I do?

A. If your order has not left yet we can make changes, email us at bigworm90@gmail.com - Once the order has been shipped, stripes and graphics are non-returnable. Since we offer over 20 different colors and numerous combinations, all orders are custom made according to the options you select after you order. Your order is made the day it ships and has not been sitting in a box for months for a higher quality product. We offer free color samples so you can see the color in person before ordering and will answer any questions you might have.

A. Email us at or call 817-876-2269 during business hours. Email questions are answered on days we are closed and after hours until 10 pm. We also answer questions thru Facebook and sponsored forums.


Q. WHAT HOURS ARE YOU OPEN?

A. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (Central Time). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
